- PurpleMoo only collects information from you for the purpose of order processing, record keeping and customer management. We may, occasionally, send out promotional offers through our mailing list. If you do not wish to receive such offers, you may choose not to join our mailing list. PurpleMoo does not store customer's credit card numbers on its server. User Account
- Account ID and Password - You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account ID and password. You are not to disclose your password to any other person. You shall immediately notify PurpleMoo if it comes to your knowledge that your password has been compromised or there has been an unauthorised use of your account.
- Termination of Use - PurpleMoo reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if you provide PurpleMoo with false, misleading, not current or incomplete registration Information or if you violate any of these Terms. PurpleMoo shall be the sole determiner in cases of suspected violation of these rules and any decision it makes relating to termination of your account shall be final and binding. In such an event, all points, credits, discounts and/or benefits in any form accrued to your account shall be deemed invalid

Acceptance of Order
- For bank transfer, your order is accepted once we received the total amount for that order. Once your order has been processed, you will be notified through email. You are strongly advised to read through PurpleMoo's shipping and return policy and ensure that you have correctly entered all order details, i.e. your order items, shipping details, etc. before submitting your order. PurpleMoo will not be liable for any incorrect order details submitted. By submitting your order, you are fully aware and agreed to be bound by PurpleMoo's conditions of use as well as it's shipping and return policy. Please note that PurpleMoo reserves the right not to process an order if it exhibits any patterns of an attempt at fraud.

Exclusion of liability

Governing Law
By accessing this website, you agree that Singapore law, including without limitation the provisions of the Singapore Evidence Act (Chapter 97) and the Electronic Transactions Act (No 25. of 1998), shall govern such access as well as the above terms and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
Shipping & Return Policy
- Unless otherwise stated, PurpleMoo will engage the services of Singapore Post (Singapore largest postal company) for shipping of all orders.
- As PurpleMoo engages the services of a third party for shipping of orders, PurpleMoo cannot make any assurance for the accuracy of the shipping schedule. In the event when the order cannot be shipped to the destination, PurpleMoo will either refund the customer or suggest alternative measures, which may be subjected to additional costs. For added assurance, customers are advised to purchase their own insurance where necessary.
- Returns may be given at the discretion of the management of PurpleMoo. All shipping & handling charges, inclusive of any import duties/taxes will not be refunded. Please contact PurpleMoo using the "Write to us" page before returning the goods.
- All products being returned for credit must be in a re-saleable condition, accompanied by relevant proof of purchase. Products will not be accepted if the packaging and/or products, warranty forms, and manuals are opened/damaged in any form.
- All goods remain the property of PurpleMoo until paid for in full and payment has been received in full
