There is only one item at the store, do you sell anything else?

No. We only offer one item at a time until it is sold out or when its promotional period is up.

How do I make payment ?

You will be shown details of your order at the checkout screen. To complete the purchase, you need to confirm the order and click the "Pay Now" button. You will then be taken to Paypal secure payment gateway to enter your Paypal account or your credit card information. Once we received your payment, we will then process your order and update your order status. Your order is confirmed once the status is updated as paid.

What is the schedule for new items?

That depends on the promotional period or the availability of stocks given by our suppliers. Typically it ranges from a day, a week, a month or until stock is sold out. If a product sells out, you will see the "You are out of luck..." message instead of the "Buy it! " buy button until the next product is up on offer.

How long should I wait to receive my product?

That depends on the nature of the offer. It could be 2 to 3 days upon purchased, 2 to 3 days after the promotional period is up or in the event of a bulk purchase, as long as 2 weeks after the end of promotion.

I missed an offer, can I still get one?

You are generally out of luck. We may review and run the offer again, but we do not allow backorders, and there is no waiting/notification lists.

What do I do if I received a defective product?

Depending on product and the nature of the offer, you may either return to the supplier for an exchange, repair or refund.

I can supply products at a good offer, can I supply them to Whootz.com?
